The invited keynote speakers of the plenary opening session will represent the Ministry of Energy, the Supervisory Authority for Regulatory Affairs, MOL Plc., the University of Miskolc, and OMBKE.

During the plenary lectures, participants will hear presentations on:

• Hungary’s energy strategy and security of supply,
• hydrocarbon exploration and production concessions,
• the current status of geothermal exploration,
• the state of basic geological research,
• and the present situation of professional training in Hungary.

In the parallel sessions, research institutes, universities, service companies, hydrocarbon exploration and production companies, as well as gas transmission and storage companies will present their latest results and share perspectives on the future of their respective fields.

Following the conference, presentations will be made available on this website, subject to the speakers’ approval, using an access code provided in writing by the organising committee.
