Exposure
An indoor exhibition will accompany the conference, hosted at the Aquamed Hotel.
Modular standard booths with floor areas of 9, 12, or 15 m² can be ordered, with the option to expand. For individual requirements, we will prepare a customised quotation.
Exhibition topics:
- oil and gas industry tools,
- equipments,
- instruments,
- software,
- technical literature,
- history of technology.
Exhibitor Fees and Information
(The fees are indicative; individual requirements will be taken into account during agreement.)

The exhibitor fee will be determined by mutual agreement, taking your requirement into account. The exhibitor contract will be concluded.
Standard Booths (minimum 9 m²): HUF 52,000/m²
The exhibitor fee includes the participation fee for one person. (Registration is required.)
The exhibitor participation fee covers:
- buffet lunches,
- coffee breaks,
- evening programmes,
- access to professional sessions,
- the conference package.
For booths of non-standard sizes, a customised design and implementation quote will be provided.
In addition to the basic services included with standard booths, the following optional rental items are available:
- 1 m² lockable storage: HUF 15,000/m²
- Lockable information counter (50 × 100 × 110 cm): HUF 14,000/pc
- Storage shelf (50 × 100 × 250 cm) with 4 shelves: HUF 15,000/pc
- Display cabinet (50 × 100 × 250 cm) with 2 glass shelves: HUF 22,000/pc
- Wall shelf with brackets (30 × 100 cm): HUF 5,000/pc
- Wall brochure holder (4 × A4): HUF 6,000/pc
- Freestanding brochure holder (plexiglass): HUF 12,000/ pc
- Video stand (50 × 60 × 120 cm): HUF 30,000/pc
- TV: HUF 75,000/pc
- Refrigerator (110 l): HUF 28,000/pc
- Cutting and mounting per colour: HUF 12,000/m²
Payment Terms:
Once the exhibitor fee has been determined, we will issue a pro forma invoice. Please transfer the fee based on this invoice. Upon receipt of payment, we will send a prepayment invoice and confirm your registration. After the conclusion of the conference, a final invoice will be issued.
Cancellation policy:
- Until 31 August 2025: free of charge
- Between 1 September and 15 September 2025: 50% of the participation fee as penalty
- After 15 September 2025: the participation fee is non-refundable

Transport and insurance
Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their exhibits. Transport to and from the exhibition venue should be arranged by the exhibitors themselves at the time specified in the confirmation provided by the organisers.
